His time spent in both the retail and business to business sectors had given him the experience to set up a business that would cater for both professional and domestic customers. As a result, Cartridge UK provides not only a great retail and online service, it also works hard to ensure business customers receive the level of service they require.
Mark set out to establish Cartridge UK as the sector's leader in terms of product quality, reliability and service – delivered using some innovative techniques. Utilising industry-leading equipment and technology, the company has proved it can deliver 100% reliable printing supplies, saving customers substantial sums – while still finding time to provide them with great service.
Over the last 4 years the Cartridge UK team has worked with leading business and marketing consultants to to develop a highly profitable and efficient business. Having established its operational base from a shop in Oxford, Cartridge UK has received several approaches from individuals keen to replicate that success elsewhere in the country.
Cartridge UK's first franchisee opened in November 2007 promises to be the first of many successful Cartridge UK stores as the brand grows across the UK. Cartridge UK will be growing its franchised branch network in a measured fashion, to ensure it sets industry-leading standards of backing and support for its franchise business partners.
