 | Rachel joined the team in November 2010 as a specialist ink jet technician. Her infectious bubbly personality keeps us and the customers smiling – making her a huge asset to the store. Rachel helps out with customer service and deliveries. John is a laser cartridge connoisseur, and is so enthusiastic on the subject that we suspect he even dreams about toner! He loves to swot up on the latest developments in the laser cartridge market, and uses his knowledge to get you the very best deals. Ali manages all our business customer accounts. He can solve all your printing needs, from ink jet cartridge selection to printer repairs. He’s also a bit of a geek when it comes to researching the latest ink jet technologies, machinery and software. Monika is an experienced ink jet technician who is also an expert at making us all laugh. She likes to keep the place looking tidy – making it even easier for our customers to find what they’re looking for.
